We are thrilled to welcome you back to Lynn Meadows Discovery Center!

We have implemented important new guidelines to help ensure the health and safety of our staff and visitors. We have increased procedures and processes in place for the cleaning and disinfection of the museum. We will continue with this process and have put measures in place to strengthen them even further.

The entire museum has been professionally treated by JAN-PRO using the EnviroShield system. 

LMDC Reopening Guidelines

• Social distancing signage throughout the museum.
• Hand sanitizing and cleaning wipe dispensing stations for visitors use.
• Frequent cleaning intervals of all exhibits and high-touch areas.
• Reduced capacity and materials in some exhibits.
• Interactive materials will be available for family/individual check-out.
• Employees will be temperature checked, hand wash frequently and wear masks at all times.
• Masks are recommended and highly encouraged.
• DO NOT enter the museum if you are sick, coughing, or have a fever.

On your visit to the museum

• Please practice social distancing as best as you can. If the area you are in gets too crowded, you may choose to move to another area that isn’t as crowded.
• Credit or debit cards are preferred.
• Adults must stay with children at all times.
• Our staff will be cleaning periodically during the day and some areas may be closed during short periods of time to change out props and clean surfaces.
• Please wash your hands frequently, use hand sanitizer, and please stay home if you feel sick or have any symptoms such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath.
