Summer Camps

Session dates will be May 28 – July 26. Camps are for children 4-11. Our 2-week WINGS theatre camps range from ages 6-18. Sign up for morning or afternoon sessions or register for one of each and build a full day’s schedule, which includes FREE lunch bunch supervision. (Campers must bring their own lunch.)

Morning or Afternoon Camp – $95 per week

Full-Day Camp (morning & afternoon camp with free lunch bunch*) – $190 per week

LMDC members save 10% on summer camps.

Extended Care Rates: 7:30-9am – $20 per week/4-5:30pm-$20 per week AM&PM extended care– $40 per week

Lunch Bunch: Lunch supervision is FREE for full-day campers and available for an additional $10 per week for half-day campers.* (Campers must bring their own lunch)

WINGS Performing Arts 2-Week Theatre Camps this summer!!

Finding Nemo Jr
Ages 6-18
June 10-21, 2024 (There will not be camp on June 12, 2024)
9:00am-3:30pm
$400 (cost includes: costumes, set, scripts, rights to show, etc.)

A magical musical theatre camp open to experienced actors as well as first time performers ages 6 – 18.

Explore the big, blue world with Marlin, Dory, Nemo and all the colorful characters and creatures of the Great Barrier Reef! The camp will culminate with performances open to friends, family and the general public June 21-23, 2024.

The Wizard of Oz Youth Edition
Ages 6-18
July 1-12, 2024 (There will not be camp on July 4.)
9:00am-3:30pm
$400 (cost includes: costumes, set, scripts, rights to show, etc.)

Go over the rainbow with Dorothy, Toto and some strange and fascinating new friends but remember, there’s no place like home. The camp will culminate with performances open to friends, family and the general public July 12-14, 2024.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Camp Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for camp purchases if the registration is cancelled prior to 14 calendar days of the start of the camp.  Cancellations made within the 14 day time period will result in a refund of 50% of the original camp cost.  Transfers of camp registrations adhere to this same rule. As a nonprofit, these costs have been allocated towards materials and staffing for the program.

LMDC reserves the right to cancel camps for low enrollment, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified and registration will be refunded.

Scholarship Information

Lynn Meadows Discovery Center is extending a scholarship opportunity to partake in our 2024 summer camp season for those individuals who qualify. The 2024 Summer Camp Scholarship application can be found here.
